A. Nature of Service & AI Advisory Disclaimer

The Platform, owned by Vrksa JP AI Agritech Pvt Ltd, provides agricultural advisory services powered by Artificial Intelligence ("AI"), satellite imagery, and data analytics.

Predictive Nature: You acknowledge that AI-generated suggestions (regarding sowing, irrigation, pesticide use, and pest alerts) are based on historical data, patterns, and third-party weather feeds. These are probabilistic assessments and not absolute certainties.

Absolute Limitation of Liability: Agricultural outcomes are subject to biological variables, local micro-climates, and act-of-god events. The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any crop failure, yield reduction, financial loss, or property damage arising from your reliance on AI suggestions.

Independent Judgment: The AI advice is a supplementary tool. You are encouraged to verify AI suggestions against your traditional knowledge and local government agricultural extensions.

B. User Obligations

Data Accuracy: Under the Information Technology Rules, 2021, you agree not to provide misleading information. The AI's accuracy depends entirely on the coordinates, crop images, and soil data you upload.

Prohibited Use: You shall not reverse-engineer the AI models or use the Platform to upload harmful code or content that violates Indian law.

C. Intellectual Property

The AI algorithms, "MittiLogic" proprietary models, and generated reports are the sole intellectual property of Vrksa JP AI Agritech Pvt Ltd. No rights are transferred to the user except a limited license to view the data for personal farming use.

2. Privacy Policy

In Compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023

A. Data Collection (Itemized)

We collect the following "Digital Personal Data":

Identity: Name, Mobile Number (verified via OTP), and Aadhaar/Farmer ID (where opted for subsidies).

Farm Data: GPS coordinates of your land, soil health parameters, and photos of crops/pests.

Consent: By using the App, you provide affirmative consent to process this data for generating AI advisories.

B. Purpose of Processing

To provide site-specific AI crop recommendations.

To train and refine our AI models for better regional accuracy.

To facilitate government-backed insurance or credit services if requested by you.

C. Your Rights (Data Principal)

Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to:

Withdraw Consent: You can stop data processing at any time, though this will disable AI features.

Correction & Erasure: Request the correction of inaccurate farm data or the deletion of your account.

Grievance Redressal: Contact our Grievance Officer (details below) for any data concerns.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Subscription Services

Nature of Service: Our AI advisory is a "Digital Content Service" that is delivered instantly upon processing.

No Refund Post-Delivery: Once an AI Analysis Report (e.g., Pest Diagnosis or Soil Health Report) is generated for your specific plot, the service is considered "Consumed" and is non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel recurring monthly/yearly plans at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Legal Jurisdiction & Grievance Redressal

A. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, e.g., Mangaluru/Bangalore].
